Our consulting services are provided subject to individual engagement agreements. These Terms apply to general website usage; specific service terms will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter agreed upon before any project commences.

• All deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins
• We act as independent consultants, not as employees of your organisation
• Our recommendations are based on analysis and professional judgement; outcomes are not guaranteed
• Confidential information shared during engagements is protected under our confidentiality obligations

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Evolve x 360 or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in an engagement agreement, intellectual property created during a consulting engagement will be assigned to the client upon full payment of all applicable fees.

When you submit information through our contact or booking forms, you consent to us processing that information to respond to your enquiry. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days. Submitting a form does not create a contractual obligation on either party.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a consulting engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. LinkedIn, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolve x 360 and its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms.

Termination of a consulting engagement is governed by the terms of the relevant engagement agreement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
